Food & Wine pairing : Grand Terroir Les Aspres

Grand Terroir Les Aspres is the result of plots on the Côtes du Roussillon Les Aspres appellation, on of Côtes du Roussillon’s premium cru.

This cuvée offers us a complex nose composed of spices such as cloves or nutmeg. On the palate, we discover a supple wine, with silky tannins supported by a beautiful minerality and liquorice aromas. It will marry wonderfully with a fillet of can with seasonal vegetables, dried figs and apricots, accompanied by its spicy consummate with badian, ginger and sweet pepper.
