Food and wine pairing:Clos d’Ora-Beef from Aubrac

It's widely known that the finest wines must be preserved for some hallowed occasion, a well-planned and memorable lunch or dinner. Thus, as Christmas is approaching we suggest you the exceptional red blend of Clos d’Ora:

Syrah, Grenache, Mourvédre and Carignan grapes from a vineyard of nine hectares all cultivated biodynamically give a powerful red wine with beautiful aromas of red fruits and balanced structure.

Better to be decanted 1 hour before service and served at 17°C with a beef from Aubrac grilled, matured or slowly cooked.
