Cosmic rhythms of the sun

Each year, the vegetation wake up in spring, it blooms in summer and ripens in autum. Meanwhile, the sun mimics a similar movement by rising in the sky until the summer solstice and descent to the winter solstice. It rises gradually towards its zenith, passing the zodiacal constellations of Sagittarius to the Gemini and then descending, passing from Cancer to Scorpio. Indeed a vine follow the solar movements.

The daily rhythm of the Earth’s breathing with the rising sun of the morning and its going down in the afternoon has a great importance in biodynamic agriculture.

Every morning is like a spring miniature whereas every afternoon seems to be an autumn miniature.

The sun allows the photosynthesis of the vine, which means the formation of glucose and malate.
